We recently had an airbag sensor problem on our trip home from Florida Disney on October 28, 2011.
We just want to sincerely thank Roger, Service Manager, for his understanding and for doing the service so quickly for us. We also want to thank Brandon Dillard for his patience and understanding when we arrived just before closing time and for taking the time to listen to our concerns with our camping trailer and offering food locations ? especially Mama Penn's!!!
And last, we want to thank Donnie who drove us to and from Mama Penn's.

I wanted to write with a compliment on the great service that I got from Roger at your Nissan dealership in Anderson, SC. My wife and family were there visiting her sister's family on vacation this past week. While driving down Clemson Boulevard our brakes on our 2004 Nissan Armada started making a funny noise. Knowing that we were headed on a 9 hour drive the next day back home (to Orlando, FL) we stopped by your Nissan dealership to have someone check them out. I was fully expecting to have to pay a fee for a diagnostic check of the brakes. Roger took care of me. He had his guys drive the car, check over the brakes, and run a computer diagnostic on it--all this within the hour while we all browsed around in Dick's Sporting Goods. Turned out the brakes were fine and there was just a need for a computer update for the anti-lock brake system, but nothing critical at the moment. Not only did he not charge me, but he was honest about not needing the update at the moment and that it could wait until we got back to town. He also told me about 3 recalls that our vehicle needed that we didn't know about.
All this to say, Roger's service far exceeded my expectations and I thought you would want to know. I don't live in Clemson/Anderson area, but if I did--I'd highly recommend your service department there. My brother-in-law took note of the exceptional service too.
Hope you keep Roger around and get others like him. Wish we had more like him in Orlando.
